Royal Canadian Air Force Family Support Team

Connecting with our military families

Family Support Team (FST) Logo

The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Family Support Team (FST) has been reaching out to military members and their families at Wings and other Air Force units across the country.

While visiting all RCAF units in Canada, the team has shared key information about family oriented services and programs, and recorded a number of best practices.  Most importantly, the FST has provided a medium for our military families to be heard and share their military family lifestyle experiences.

Further below on this page you will find a summary of the various findings and observations collected during the FST’s journey.

The FST will use the information gathered from visits to help guide future RCAF family support efforts.
